Tweedlebug Boutique: The Most Adorable Hospital Hats For Babies

Tweedlebug hospital hats are quite possibly one of the cutest things I have seen for a newborn.  Show your new bundle of joy off in style with these precious hats.

Tweedlebug Boutique hospital hats are your traditional style hospital hats with a little added style.  They are individually handcrafted in the USA, so each hat is unique.  Which is exactly what all of our little angels deserve.  What makes these hats ten times more special is that they were invented by a mommy for her daughter and now she is sharing her incredible idea with us all.

This hat has the same look at your traditional hospital hat but with an added bow and pink ribbon detail.  This is the perfect way to show off your new baby girl from the moment she is born.

This hat is blue and white stripes and couldn't be more perfect for welcoming your little boy.  Since most hospitals have the same hat that they use for boys and girls, the Gavin hat is sure to make your little boy stand out.

These hats are a great gift idea for newly expectant moms.  I know I can not wait to see my new little guy wearing the adorable Gavin hat.  Tweedlebug Boutique offers ten different styles of hats, to check them out and purchase one for yourself or a friend please click here.

Thank you guys so much for reading!

Pregnancy Week 21 and 22: Symptoms, Cravings, and GENDER REVEAL

Hey guys! These last 2 weeks have gone by so quickly. It's actually starting to make me nervous! The faster the weeks go, the closer I am to being a mommy of 3.  The transition from 2 to 3 babies has me a bit terrified.  Most of my friends say it was the jump from 1 to 2 that was difficult but I handled that pretty well, at least I thought so.

I have continued to have most of the same symptoms over the last 2 weeks.  My restless legs are getting worse and the are actually keeping me up at night.  I have started to have more frequent more intense Braxton Hicks contractions. I had them at the end of my first pregnancy, then I had them early on around 12 weeks with my second.  This time, I started getting them around 19 or 20 weeks, but over the last 2 weeks the are very regular.  I would usually get them if I didn't drink enough water or if I was doing too much and needed to rest.  This time they are happening in the middle of the night and waking me up from a dead sleep.  The doctor said that is pretty normal considering I'm having my babies so close together but still being woken up by any pain during pregnancy will make you worry for a minute.

My ultrasound results came back and everything was normal as expected.  Everything is good with baby.  This kid moves SO MUCH! This baby is the most active of the 3 pregnancies that I have had.  The movement has gotten greater with each pregnancy.  This has made it more difficult for me to fall asleep at night.  So between having an active mover and having restless legs falling asleep has been quite a pain.

Here is my video from the last two weeks!

Well, I've made everyone wait long enough.  We tried to have a cake made and we had the baker cancel and no one else could make it in time.  I ended up just looking in the envelope.  It really did drive me nuts that my husband knew and I didn't.  Anyway, for all of you who are wondering.....

It's a....
BOY!!

We are all very excited! We were all expecting a girl but we are now convinced that my husband just doesn't make them.  Now for the shopping and preparation to being.  This little guy will be a totally different season from Declan so he will need some of his own new stuff.  September will be here before I know it.  I think I'll have to wait until August to find more fall clothes for baby.

We are still on the fence about names.  We have thought of a few but we can't seem to agree on one.  We were trying to stick with a "D" name but we are open to everything now.  If you have any super cool, unique names that you are willing to share please leave a comment below.

Thank you all for reading and checking in with me for the last two weeks.!

MAMA MIO Pregnancy Essentials Kit Review

All I can say is "YES, YES, YES"! This kit is a pregnancy must have.

First here is a little information on Mama Mio, incase the brand is new to you.  Mama Mio was founded in London by four beauty experts.  Mama Mio has a wide range of products that not only cater to your needs during pregnancy but your skin care needs at any time in your life. Bonus, Mama Mio donates a percentage of all sales the a cancer support charity.  I always love companies who give back.

The Pregnancy Essentials kit retails for $28.00 and contains three must haves by Mama Mio for pregnancy.

Products Included:
Boob Tube Bust and Neck Firmer 30ml/1 fl.oz
Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Butter 30ml/1 fl.oz
Lucky Legs Rapid Relief for Heavy Legs and Feet 30ml/1 fl.oz

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and using these products daily has been a real treat.  I only wish that the Mama Mio fairy would coming in and refill my bottles nightly so I would never run out.  I am crazy over the smell of the Tummy Rub and find myself using it more than I need to just because the smell is so amazing!

These products are loaded with naturally good ingredients so I can feel extra good about giving myself my nightly rub down.  Mama Mio products are free of colourants, parabens, petrolatums, phthalates, sodium laurel and laureth sulphates, all synthetic fragrances and xenoestrogen.

Boob Tube "aim North, not South"
This neck and décolletage cream is made with CoQ10, Avocado Oil, Fenugreek, Shea Butter, and Milk Thistle.  I love that Milk Thistle is an ingredient.  I just love saying it.  I have been massaging Boob Tube down my neck and on to my breasts every night for 2 weeks now and I HAVE noticed a difference.  I have noticed that my skin is firmer and that despite the continual growing of my boobies,  I have noticed improvement in my stretch marks from my previous pregnancies.  I recommend Boob Tube to all women, pregnant or not.  I will continue to use this product even after my pregnancy.

Tummy Rub " say NO to stretch marks"
My current obsession! This tummy butter is rich in Omega 3,6 and 9 with added elasticising Shea Butter.  Tummy Rub has a rich and thick consistency that leaves your skin feeling soft and supple.  I have been using this every night for 2 weeks and like I said, I'm obsessed.  The scent is simply divine and relaxing.  My tummy has never felt better.  I highly recommend Tummy Rub to any one who is looking for added comfort and trying to avoid stretch marks during pregnancy.

Lucky Legs "revive tired legs"
I have been using Lucky Legs any time that my legs feel achy and tired.  I love the cooling and tingling sensation that this gel gives to your legs and feet.  Lucky Legs has a spearmint scent and is made with Yarrow, Chamomile, Aloe Vera, and V-tonic which helps to promote circulation and repress water retention.  That is something that any women in her third trimester can truly appreciate.

The Pregnancy Essentials kit can be purchased here on the Mama Mio site.  This set would be a thoughtful gift for an new mother to be.  It would make a great addition to a new mommy gift basket or even a baby shower gift.  These are also travel friendly and would be a great item to pick up to take along on your baby moon.

I couldn't choose a favorite because I enjoy them all but if I could only get one it would be the Tummy Rub.  I look forward to each and every use and the scent sends me over the moon. I highly recommend this company to any woman pregnant or not.  I look forward to trying more items from Mama Mio and bringing you more reviews in the future.

Thank you for reading!

I hope you enjoyed the review.

Pregnancy Week 20: Symptoms and More Strange Cravings

Wahoo!! I am officially half way done with my pregnancy!!  Now the count down can begin! 20 weeks and counting.  We are so excited!!

This week I have gotten so round.  haha  I have grown out of all of my regular clothes.  My jeans zip no more.  I have been wearing a belly band and using a rubber band to hold my pants together but that isn't working anymore.

I have still been loving the smell of wood and Snuggle fabric softener! When I'm doing laundry and am using so much Snuggle and breathing so deep when I'm switching my laundry from the washing to the dryer.

I'm on a fruit kick this pregnancy.  I am loving pineapple, apples, grapes, raspberries and pretty much any other fruit I can get my hands on.

My heart burn is killing in full effect and it's obviously uncomfortable.  I'm managing it with Tums and Zantac.  Still everyday at 3 pm, I'm really nauseas.  I'm hoping this ends soon.

I have had some serious restless legs going on this week.  I had this with my other pregnancies so I was expecting it.  It drives me nuts every night when I'm trying to sleep.  I just have the constant urge to move my legs.  =(

Weight 128
Total Weight Gain: 6 pounds

Pregnancy Week 19: Symptoms and Cravings

This week went by so quickly.  I knew it would since my anatomy ultrasound was on my first day of week 20.   I'm so looking forward to sharing more on that with you all.  I still do not know the gender yet because I wanted to find out with my son.  We were supposed to have a cake made and the baker canceled on us due to a personal issue.  Not quite sure what we will do now.  =(

I've continued to have a headache and backache this week.  My sciatic nerve pain has also continued and it's starting to interfere with my daily activities.  I've also noticed that I've had an increased need to pee.  =)  I'm now getting up at night to use the bathroom, whether Declan wakes me up or not.

My "morning sickness" is back!!! It has hit me everyday this week at 3 pm.  So, I'm back on the preggie pops!

I have started to retain water this week at different times of the day and depending on what types of foods I've eaten.  Obviously, foods and meals that are higher in sodium cause me to retain more water.

HOLY HEARTBURN!! I can not live without Zantac 150 and Tums Smoothies! They are my new best friend and I have to take them every night before bed if I don't want to wake up in heartburn pain.

I have started to really show this week! This makes me excited that my belly is really popping out! I'm excited to wear more of my cute maternity clothes! Be on the look out for an upcoming maternity outfit of the day!

Symptoms:

headache
backache
braxton hicks contractions
nauseas every day at 3 pm
increased urnination
water retention

Weight:

I've fluxuated between 125 and 127 all week long.

Cravings:
Fruit
Anything crunchy
LOVING the smell of wood and Snuggle fabric softener!

Here is my pregnancy vlog for week 19.

Thank you all so much for watching and reading and checking in this week!

Love you all!!

Glamourmom Nursing Bra Tummy Control Tank Review

Nursing tanks are something that I think every nursing mom should invest in.  Glamourmom Nursing Bra Tanks have come highly recommended and I recently received the opportunity to review one.

The Glamourmom Nursing Bra Tummy Control Tank is unlike any other nursing tank that I have previously owned.  It has a really supportive built in bra which I can totally appreciate.  There is a place for your nursing pads and a clear large space to nurse through.  I tested nursing pads on the tank and they adhered nicely and stayed in place.  It has the traditional clips and they were easily undone with just one hand.

This tank also features a tummy control inner panel.  I found this to be the most desirable feature of the tank.  The tummy control panel helps with posture while also controlling any extra post baby belly that you might have.

This tank does feel a bit restrictive when you first put it on, much like a pair of Spanks, but once you're used to wearing it it is very comfortable.  I could tell a noticeable difference in my own waistline while wearing this tank versus not wearing it.

I highly recommend the Glamourmom Tummy Control nursing tank to anyone nursing mom who desires a little extra support.  I know that I am looking forward to wearing this tank while I'm working on getting my shape back and I am excited to try more from the brand.

This tank, along with several other styles of nursing tanks, can be purchased at Glamourmom.com

For more information and to see me wearing the tank, watch my review video below.

Thank you so much for reading!  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
